Feature surveys are typically the first step in the design process, capturing critical site features and levels to support clear, constructable civil design.
Planning & Approval Support
We prepare practical, approval-ready documentation to support town planning and development applications. Stormwater management plans, environmental management plans and supporting engineering inputs are developed with constructability in mind to ensure requirements are realistic and deliverable on site. Where required, we also provide preliminary engineering to identify constraints early and minimise design changes, rework and delays once projects move beyond the planning approval stage.
Detailed Design & Construction Drawings
Once planning approval is achieved, we develop detailed, constructable drawings that translate approved concepts into practical, build-ready solutions. Our designs are coordinated across civil, structural and surveying inputs to ensure clarity, accuracy and constructability, reducing ambiguities, RFIs and changes during construction.
